Privacy Policy
Draft for review. This text describes what the website actually does with visitor data, but it has not been checked by a lawyer. Have it reviewed against your obligations before publishing.
This policy explains what INFIEONE Solutions collects when you use this website, why, and how long it is kept.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, request a product demonstration, or send a message through the chat widget, we collect the name, email address and message you provide, along with the area of interest you select. We also record the IP address the submission came from, and the date and time.
If analytics is enabled and you accept cookies, our analytics provider also collects standard usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, and the type of device and browser you use.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you. Enquiry details are used to respond to what you asked about.
- To improve the website. Analytics tells us which pages are useful and which are not.
- To keep the site working. IP addresses help us identify abuse of the forms.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details. We do not share them with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a record of the business relationship. State your actual retention period here, and set the matching value under Analytics & Privacy so it is enforced rather than merely described.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us at contact@infieone.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
You can decline analytics cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser.
